T&GC is a highly effective restorative tile, grout and all-purpose cleaner used extensively in restoration work.

PURPOSE
T&GC is a degreasing compound engineered for the removal of stubborn grease, tar and oil deposits from heavily soiled areas on hard surfaces and equipment.

PROPERTIES
T&GC’s acts quickly to penetrate and lift grease and dirt from hard surfaces. Leaves no re-attracting residue and contains a built-in rust inhibitor.

USAGE
A fast acting effective cleaning agent for tile, grout and hard surfaces including concrete. Safe on most washable surfaces.

APPLICATION
Super duty cleaning: add 32 oz. per gallon of hot water (1:4)
Heavy duty cleaning: add 16 oz. per gallon of hot water (1:8)
Light duty cleaning: add 8 oz. per gallon of hot water. (1:16)
Apply with low pressure spay or mop. Let dwell for 10 -15 minutes, do not let dry, agitate with Turbo-type grout cleaning tool. Finish with hot water extraction.

INGREDIENTS
A yellow-colored liquid with a specifically formulated blend of biodegradable, wetting, penetrating, emulsifying agents and water soluble safety solvents.

I have to say that this stuff worked awesome . . . and did a fine job of getting the caked on grease out of the grout lines. I actually got down on my hands and knees and inspected the tile before my guys even began scrubbing and could see the grime lifting and floating in the solution. We scrubbed out of habit which is a great procedure but probably is not required with this product."
